Main 29 saal ka founder hoon Bangalore mein (SaaS startup). Last Wednesday afternoon around 3 PM, main Indiranagar ke ek premium men’s clothing store gaya. Mall almost empty tha. Andar sirf manager Neha thi — 28 saal ki, tall, fair Punjabi girl with thick curvy figure. Tight white formal shirt aur black pencil skirt mein wo bohot attractive lag rahi thi. Wo muskuraate hue aayi aur boli, “Sir aaj dono salesgirls leave pe hain, sirf main hoon. Kya dhoondh rahe ho?” Maine blazers try karne ko kaha. Wo mujhe upar trial room le gayi. Har blazer ke saath wo andar aati, adjust karti, haath shoulders aur chest pe rakhti. Distance kam hota ja raha tha. Uske touches linger karne lage. Navy blue blazer try karte waqt uski body mere se touch ho rahi thi aur wo khud enjoy kar rahi thi. I work in a it sector , I am a 33 year old lady , I am stuck in a same company in a same position from last 10 years , I know I was not good at my work , one day my boss called me into his cabin and asked what's wrong with Me , why I was unhappy these days , I told the boss about my situation , accidentally my pallu fell, and he started staring at my b○○@s , I immediately wrapped it around, I could see his d!(× getting hard, he immediately asked me out to go on a coffee, and on the coffee date ,something happend which changed my perspective about boss,As I sat across from my boss at the coffee shop, I couldn't shake off the feeling of unease. His earlier gaze had made me uncomfortable, and now, being alone with him in a casual setting felt like a mistake.
But as we sipped our coffee and began to talk, something unexpected happened. My boss, who had always seemed so aloof and distant, began to open up. He shared stories about his own struggles and doubts, and for the first time, I saw him as a person, not just my superior.
The conversation flowed easily, and before I knew it, we had been talking for hours. As the evening drew to a close, my boss walked me out of the coffee shop, and we stood outside, lingering in the cool night air.
"Thank you for being honest with me," he said, his voice low and sincere. "I had no idea you were feeling so stuck. I want to help you, to support you in any way I can."
I looked up at him, surprised by his words. No one had ever offered to help me like that before. And in that moment, something shifted inside me.
Maybe, just maybe, this was the wake-up call I needed. Maybe this was the start of something new, something that would change my life forever.
